Introduction
If your thermostat app isn’t syncing with your device, try these troubleshooting steps.
Step 1: Refresh the App
- Close and reopen the app.
- Check for updates and install the latest version.
Step 2: Reconnect the Device
- Navigate to Settings > Device Management.
- Select Reconnect Thermostat.
