App Not Syncing? How to Refresh Your Data

Introduction

If your thermostat app isn’t syncing with your device, try these troubleshooting steps.

Step 1: Refresh the App

  1. Close and reopen the app.
  2. Check for updates and install the latest version.

Step 2: Reconnect the Device

  1. Navigate to Settings > Device Management.
  2. Select Reconnect Thermostat.

Troubleshooting

  • Still not syncing? Restart your phone and thermostat.
