🏠 Creating and Managing Rooms and Automations in the App

Organizing your smart devices into rooms helps keep your ZenHome dashboard tidy. Combining that with automations brings your smart home to life.

Creating a Room

1. Open the ZenHome app.
2. Tap “Rooms” at the bottom navigation.
3. Tap “Add Room”, enter a name (e.g., Kitchen, Garage), and tap Save.
4. Assign devices to the room by tapping “Add Devices” and selecting from the list.

Managing Automations

To create a new automation:

1. Go to the “Automation” tab.
2. Tap “+” to create a rule.
3. Set a trigger (e.g., time of day or device activity).
4. Choose one or more actions (e.g., turn off lights, adjust temperature).
5. Give it a name and tap Save.

To edit or delete:

• Tap on an existing automation and modify or remove it.
