If your ZenHome app crashes or freezes unexpectedly, follow these steps to diagnose and report the issue.
Step 1: Basic Troubleshooting
- Restart the app and try again.
- Reboot your phone to clear memory.
- Ensure the app is up to date in the App Store or Google Play.
- Check for device OS updates.
Step 2: Log the Issue
- Open the app, go to Settings > Help & Feedback > Report a Problem.
- Include:
- A brief description of what caused the crash
- Your device type and OS version
- Screenshots, if possible
Step 3: Reinstall if Needed
- Uninstall and reinstall the app.
- Log back in using your ZenHome credentials.
