If your ZenHome app crashes or freezes unexpectedly, follow these steps to diagnose and report the issue.

Step 1: Basic Troubleshooting

  • Restart the app and try again.
  • Reboot your phone to clear memory.
  • Ensure the app is up to date in the App Store or Google Play.
  • Check for device OS updates.

Step 2: Log the Issue

  1. Open the app, go to Settings > Help & Feedback > Report a Problem.
  2. Include:
    • A brief description of what caused the crash
    • Your device type and OS version
    • Screenshots, if possible

Step 3: Reinstall if Needed

  • Uninstall and reinstall the app.
  • Log back in using your ZenHome credentials.

If problems persist, reach out to Support with your crash report ID.
