In a business or shared space, managing who can access doors—and when—is critical. ZenHome Smart Locks offer flexible access control tools.

User Types

  • Permanent Users: Full-time employees or residents
  • Temporary Users: Contractors, delivery staff, or cleaning teams
  • Scheduled Access: Grant access only on specific days or hours

How to Manage Access

  1. Go to your Smart Lock in the ZenHome app.
  2. Tap “Manage Access”.
  3. Add or edit users with:
    • Name
    • PIN code or mobile app access
    • Time-based access permissions

Logs & Notifications

  • View usage logs by user and timestamp
  • Enable real-time alerts when specific codes are used

This feature supports compliance needs and gives visibility into workplace access.
